Turn your sales and leadership skills into a highly rewarding career with Australia’s fastest-growing autotech company. This role will manage and grow an engaged and driven sales and operations team. The team will be responsible for end-to-end sales and operations processes for vehicle trading and car subscription customers.
We are looking for a talented and energetic Site Manager who will be responsible for the performance of our Brisbane site. You will assist us in building our vehicle trading department based on your localised knowledge of the industry. In the near future, your team will grow to consist of Sales Specialists, Operations and Logistics.
You will be expected to lead by example, and be accountable for driving sales targets, managing high performers to maintain and optimise seamless operations for the lifecycle of a vehicle in our inventory, and most importantly, customer happiness.
You are someone who is ready to get your hands dirty to create world-class practices that will help us scale to multiple cities in Australia and beyond. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and you will be supported by our team to create efficiencies and drive sales.
